      Ventajas

      I used to like working for boca raton resort&club however, they need to change the management in banquethe Area. cause is not lookinggood for a big resortlike that.

      Desventajas

      They managed very favotism they employee they like. Whenever, banquet manager doesn't like you he started yelling at you. If you go complain to Hr for the banquet manager they think is a joke. They Hr favotism

      Ventajas

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Desventajas

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
