Work environment is loose, care free. There are onsite perks like food trucks, yoga, jujitsu and a full gym. Very, very dog friendly. PC means computer here (within reason)
Desventajas
Communication between departments and often between managers and subordinates isn’t great. It’s getting better, but it has been a constant source of frustration. Compensation for anyone below a senior director level is about $20k under market. It is a difficult place to get ahead unless you have a significant social media following or previous executive experience in the food and beverage industry. The company went public in February. There are no employee stock options. Talent is typically hired from outside the company rather than promoted from within, creating stagnation in positions and salaries. The popularity of the owners breeds a high school clique-like culture with some people clamoring to sit at the cool kids table.
