Ventajas
It's an amazing place to learn about crypto and be part of a team that is bringing innovation to the financial system. Very international team with lots of talented professionals in all different areas of the company. Flexible working hours and working from anywhere policy. Nice team events.
Desventajas
The culture of the company is definitely not good. They keep the things just for senior people and don't care much about those on more junior/mid-level positions. The layoff in 2022 was very very poor communicated. Vey found-led initiatives, so If you don't have buy-in of c-level you won't do anything meaningful.
