Zero. Absolutely Zero Pros. Worst company in my experience
Desventajas
The biggest con of the company - Krishan Kalra. A Dictator who is also a sadist. Likes to hire and fire people. If you can do things as he says then you 'might' have survival chances. I said might because there is nothing certain here. Everyone is working to please him. Nobody is bothered to work for the company. Kalra himself is just passing his time here. Even if you are unemployed, do not join this company. No HR policies. People peep into each other computers. Horrible Engineering team and even worst QA team. People just blame each other on all the faults. Sales dipping because they are not able to sell faulty products. No facilities in office. They have put restrictions on even sitting in a stupid so called cafeteria where there is nothing but a coffee machine. Only one man is responsible for all this - Krishan Kalra
