Ventajas
I worked in their operations and supply chain department in 2012. This company management is totally fraud and they do all types of bad and fraud activities and because of that their Bahadurgarh and Rohtak plant got sealed and black listed by DRAI ( Government Of India body ) due to their involvement in bad practices at plant level. Even 2-3 persons died at their Rohtak plant but still Bharat Rasayan Limited management does not care about its employees. They are very selfish and to save their own skin they get their employees jailed and impounded in illegal case. So that's why most of the employees who join this company leaves very early because anybody can get caught by government agencies.
Desventajas
I left that company because this company management is very bad, due to their selfish nature they get their employees accused in false cases. So it it better for the future employees not to join Bharat Rasayan Limited otherwise management of this company seeks new recruits and they falsely entrap the new employees in the false illegal cases and get them behind bar.
