      Liebe Kollegin, lieber Kollege, wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback über Glassdoor. Es ist uns immer wichtig, direkt aus dem Unternehmen heraus Input zu erhalten. Die Weiterbildung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter ist uns ein großes Anliegen. Es gibt über 300 Weiterbildungsmodule für verschiedene Wissensstufen in unserem internen Qualifikationsprogramm, die von unseren Mitarbeitern bedarfsorientiert in Anspruch genommen werden. Dazu kommen externe Fortbildungen, die belegt werden können.       Used to have great flexibly with work hours, PTO, unfortunately all of this is being stripped away
