Ventajas

A lot of the employees are great and truly work hard.

Desventajas

Management is terrible: No accountability, no teamwork, manage for the day without regard for the future. Also, this company will pay you LESS than almost any company in or out of their industry, consistently.

Ventajas

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Desventajas

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Ventajas

Minimal need for overtime and fair communication when additional work may be needed for this role.

Desventajas

Serious restructuring of pay structure is needed for this role. Across the board more assistance and help is needed for the Minnesota branches. We are constantly asking for assistance and help both in resources, training, time, and employees but then there is constantly a question on why targets aren't being met despite us communicating needs. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
