Benefits & Comp are overall good Produces the most quality material in respective markets Team/coworkers are great Full ownership of your business

Desventajas

Targets will never be attainable and never adjust to market conditions/reprioritization of business that impacts your’s Can’t focus solely on sales, putting out fires most of the time. The blame falls on Sales (plant issues, procurement issues, past dues from high claim rates, etc) Leadership isn’t out in the market, only with top accounts. Overall, doesn’t seem interested with customers and seems to not really support Sales.
