      Ventajas

      Good company values, with a great graduate program offering you to travel to the HQ in Nz and discover the others fields and what Beca is about.

      Desventajas

      Poor project opportunities for the grads. You don’t get the chance to work on projects you want to work on. Consequently you have a poor productivity which is not the fault of the employee but the consequence of lack of opportunities.

      Ventajas

      Great learning curve, but no place for a career.

      Desventajas

      Its like working for a cult. The ego of the place is utterly revolting, the culture is one of bullying. For an engineering firm it lacks business innovation, and its salarys are appauling.
