Ventajas
Once in a while you end up in a place that is so wonderful, you have to wonder what you did in a former life to deserve something so great. This is how I feel about working at Base2. I must have been a saint or something at some time(I'm certainly not now)
The Company's priorities are delivering a great product and providing a healthy and happy work environment. This place is not a churn and burn of bodies. There is a great group of people and certainly, there are situations where you have to put in the extra hours, but as a general rule, work/life balance is the philosophy.
I am a seasoned professional and have worked in a myriad of industries and companies and this will be my final position. Posted in the hall is a poster that states “People before profits” and the company lives by that philosophy. Everyone benefits from the prosperity of the business.
Desventajas
Well the con for me, is not really a con - the company is a wholly owned foreign subsidiary so the reporting is a bit tricky... but not really a con, as they cash
