Ventajas

A lot of awesome people working at the stores and in the corporate offices. I think there are good oppertunities to learn the business and get involved with the stores, which is very interesting from a corporate perspective.

Desventajas

IT Leadership was abysmal. Toxic to the core with no redeeming qualities. Zero interest in mentoring staff, and are content to keep Service Desk staff underpaid despite a considerable workload/output. If you don't go with the flow, you get managed out. Very much a watch your back/blame culture environment. I would not apply here with the current IT leadership in place, Benefits aren't great.
