Ventajas
They have a casual dress code, which I liked. I hate dressing up for jobs where no one sees you.
Desventajas
Lack of training. No encouragement at all, all they do is dwell on your mistakes, nothing else. Boring, so very, very boring. Treat their employees like dirt. Big fancy office, nice building, nice reception area.....Break room has one tiny little table that is on it's last leg. Seriously, just about to fall apart. They spy on you all the time, the girl I was training with told me that every time she left her desk the team lead would make a note of it, and when she returned she made another note. They tell you not to ask anyone else but 2 people questions, and they are never there, so you google it, and they say it's wrong, so you don't google it, and then they are like, why didn't you google it, cause I did, and you said not to. Spent months training, finally get it right then they turn me over to someone else, and it starts all over again,....."I don't know if this is how she trained you, but I like it done this way....and it starts all over again. Seriously, you don't pay me enough to stay here. It is very clear that all they care about is how much work you can get done, that's it, they will work you to death and the minute you are sick, or your out put slows down you are out the door. I found out that I was like the 6th person that they hired for this position within the year. Everyone else had left. Very depressing, I didn't talk to one person that was there that liked their job, not one. They sent out a memo for a company party and right there on the email they tell you, if you attend the costume judging that will be instead of your break, not in addition to your break. Seriously nose to the grindstone, head down, never slow down.
