      Ventajas

      4 day working week allows for flexibility that’s invaluable if you have a child. The scale of clients is a phenomenal place to gain experience. Progression opportunity is there for those that really seek it

      Desventajas

      There is a sense of entitlement amongst some staff that can create an unpleasant environment. Awin haven’t ever paid market leading salaries, but they balance that out with amazing benefits and creating an atmosphere where you want to be.

      Ventajas

      The company offers a comprehensive training program and a wealth of learning resources. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The benefits are excellent, and the overall culture is positive and inclusive. There are clear opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and the flexibility to work from home or even remotely from other countries.

      Desventajas

      The only minor downside is using a PC instead of a Mac. Other than that, no complaints—very satisfied overall!
