      Ventajas

      Some excellent and professional people with lots of experience. The company would be very exposed should they leave. The work life balance is good and no one tends to stay late for the sake of it and generally leave around five thirty.

      Desventajas

      No communication between management so difficult to know what direction the company is going. Everyone is serving themselves and their divisions to the detriment of the overall organisation.
