Ventajas
Very nice building and many of the people in the shop were great at their job and just overall great people.
Desventajas
Owner has no clue! 3 GM’s in 7 months. GM #1 was good, advanced the business, brought in new customers. GM #2 was totally clueless how to manage. GM #3 claimed he owned 26 body shops, obviously based on his management style we know why he doesn’t own those shops anymore, total failure. Currently has a very bad reputation. Front office and upper management are very unprofessional. The promise of pay plans are not what they are. If you decide to work there be sure EVERYTHING is in writing and signed.
