Rota only given 2 days ahead and only 4 weeks so you can never plan ahead. 24 hours means no time off for Christmas or New years or Bank Holidays. Very high staff turnover so hard to make a good team atmosphere and make friends. Working from home now means no office privileges. Very little room for progression.
