The one big issue I encountered during my time here was the traveling time as it could sometimes be a bit excessive due to the location of the client. There was also high standards, which although can be seen as a good thing, does make the working environment somewhat stressful at times.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Autism Recovery Network. As a recent graduate, this experience has provided me with valuable skills and hands-on knowledge that are directly applicable to working with children. I’ve had the chance to put theoretical concepts into practice, which has greatly enhanced my understanding of child development and behavioral strategies. While this is rare, there are times when the center may be temporarily unavailable during emergency situations. The center may not always be able to answer immediately due to the high volume of calls and inquiries, which is understandable. I don’t hold this against them, as the team is doing their best to handle all queries. Working on Saturdays is another consideration, but if you are committed to working in this field, it's important to be adaptable and get used to working on weekends!
