Ventajas

In spite of - and because of - 100% remote working at AssessFirst, the company culture fully invests in the fulfilment of its people at personal and commercial levels in ways I have not seen in many companies over the years.

Desventajas

It can be hard to work in a less developed territory for the company such as the UK when it already so well established with people, processes, customers and brand in France.

Ventajas

What’s truly special about the role is that it goes far beyond sales. It’s about shaping strategies. The company genuinely values input, actively listens to ideas—regardless of your position—and takes them into consideration. If they’re valid, they’re developed. This makes you feel like a true part of the company’s strategic journey.
