As for turnover and mobility, we’ve worked hard in recent years to improve retention and create clear growth opportunities within the company. While not every role will be a long-term fit for everyone, we always aim to provide clarity, structure, and the chance to develop new skills. We appreciate honest feedback and encourage any current or former team members with specific concerns to connect directly with HR or leadership. We are continuously working to improve and that includes being upfront about challenges and proactive in addressing them.
