Essentially, a gap between reality and what the upper management thought was ok/acceptable behaviour. - During the redundancy period, the leadership team went on a trip, as well as the sales people. Many people found this to be bad taste. - The roles that were made redundant were only in the development department, as a software company this doesn't make much sense. Many think that most of the work will eventually go back to the USA. - The leadership team is very separate to the rest of the workers. Many people on the mid-level are not keen on the UK CEO.
