      Flexibility Space Some of the RBTs are wonderful!

      Desventajas

      No support from administration or clinic directors High turnover rate in admin Benefits aren't that great PTO is minimal No defined procedures but reprimands when you don't "follow procedures" Every man for himself BCBAs don't provide support to RBTs (was an RBT first) Staff don't clean up after themselves Pay is not even remotely competitive to what you'd make elsewhere Must use your own tech (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) Nothing provided $$ preferred over client success

      Ventajas

      Family friendly environment, lots of collaboration, lots of support and professional development, Staff is happy and great culture, team really works together to make a difference in the lives of these children

      Desventajas

      Offers a lot of benefits but there is no 401K

      Ventajas

      Great clients and staff within clinic!

      Desventajas

      Upper management constantly micromanaging or going completely ghost. No accountability, no boundaries. Started new cases without having staff for current cases. Overall an unorganized mess.
