      Ventajas

      Management is approachable and open to new ideas, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on meaningful responsibilities. It feels good to know that my contributions are valued and recognized.

      Desventajas

      Like any growing company, processes are still evolving – but the management is open to feedback and actively improving. I have noticed some negative reviews, but my personal experience has been completely different. I believe every individual’s journey depends on their mindset and willingness to embrace opportunities. If you are someone who values growth, teamwork, and a supportive culture, you will thrive here.

      Ventajas

      your point of view is considered and implemented if it is really good to go forward with. You will become capable of taking decision as required authority will be provided. Good work culture.

      no Pros as such, its a startup

      Desventajas

      1. They do not give PF 2. They have afternoon 2PM to 11 PM shift 3. Micro-management at every aspects 4. Also they track the screen timing, when you are working from home someday due to personal work
