Ventajas
I started at Apollo Interactive as my gateway into the digital advertising space. I was there for 2 years and learned so much over the course of my time there! They have a good work-life balance but be expected to work extra hours during crunch time. They also include certain perks like being involved in a local softball league, a ping pong table at work, catered lunch every so often and work sponsored events. The office is friendly and welcoming to new staff. It's a fun environment and overall a good place to work. The benefits are good too!
Desventajas
The company as a whole is quite regimented - not so flexible hours, not very open to new ideas. I also struggled with advancement and feeling like I wasn't exposed to new opportunities. Consider it an entrepreneurial environment, you really have to take the lead on a project and believe in it whether upper management supports it or not - which can be challenging. On the flip side of that, you can bring changes and be applauded if it does work out. They also don't have very much diversity, but are welcoming to everyone working there.
