None I did not get to finish orientation

Desventajas

I told the night shift trainer that I had to finish up my shifts on my current job that were the same hours and I could finish my orientation after that. Because I wanted to give a proper two week notice. It was a matter of one week difference . On June 17 I would be ready to work. I was hired and went through background check and physical I was completely ignored after that and got no response from the onboarding team. I never even got a chance to start working at Andersen. Thank goodness I did not completely give my two week notice from my current job . Stay clear, these people are totally inflexible and heartless

Great developers who care, flexible remote options

Desventajas

No communication from management. I was let go with no notice and was cited for not meeting metrics that I was achieving. The manager who made the decision would not speak to me directly. Andersen has a history of being a stable, long-term place to work, but that is changing rapidly.
