Everything is barely working because there have been 3 straight years of agressive deadlines without the neccesary resources. - The demand to use AI is constant, but the expectations of AI in our use-cases are unrealistic. - Promotions have become non-existent. - The pattern of overwork extends to leadership, which results in a constant lack of vision and a complete disconnect from our customers that has become noticably worse over the past 2-3 years.
