Los directores ejecutivos del lugar durante mi contrato (hasta 2013) eran los peores con los que me he topado. Muy pobre capacidad para tomar decisiones, literalmente copiaban lo que hacían nuestros competidores, y otros traspiés por parte del CEO que debilitaron la empresa.

I worked there for almost a year and my department was exuberant and supportive. It was a great place to learn about the credit union business and strategies. Quite liked their commitment to the community, and as with most financial institutions, they were sales focused.

Did not work on the front line, but call centre seemed down sometimes and so did sales staff. The environment seemed to be changing as I was there, however, with many positive people making efforts to change.
