      Ventajas

      It is a consulting company and you get opportunities to work with good clients and also the company shares the 70 percent of the billing rate with the Software Consultants.Senior Management is excellent

      Desventajas

      I didn't find any downsides with it.Though small consulting company,it is willing to share its profit with the Software Consultants.Those who are good at cracking interviews and are technically sound working over here is wonderful experience
