Autonomy, casual dress, if the boss likes you, he will help you. Family and friends are hired all around. Good ol boys team atmosphere. Make sure you are one...if you want to be successful. Decent starting salary . Okay benefits. Goals set but the path to those goals is not communicated, nor revised, nor reviewed. By autonomy I mean get used to finding everything out on your own, then dealing with the hassle. Prior commercial insurance experience is a must.
Desventajas
Lack of communication, poor training, expectations and feedback lacking. Not a professional atmosphere. Cursing, temper tantrums, verbal abuse and insider business practices will make you uncomfortable if you are not used to it. Gossip, backbiting and superficial people are daily struggles, get used to it.
