Ventajas
After working at ADD for many years, I was able to make life long friendships and relationships that I will value forever. From time to time the company would treat us to an outing or a staff party.
Desventajas
The list for cons can be somewhat endless if you ask different people who've worked for or with ADD over the years. Most recently I would say the biggest cons are: Terrible Leadership - From the top down; there is zero clear communication on what leadership wants. When the executive team has a question about why something was done, managers tend to avoid their role and blame their team for any wrong doings. - Managers are out of touch with basic interpersonal communication (ie. Respect, Gratitude) Terrible Communication - No one tells each other anything, everyone waits until it's too late and something has gone wrong to speak up about an issue that gets in the way of productivity. No Loyalty - The new managers and team leaders at ADD have no loyalty to their team, they will quickly throw anyone into the fire to avoid losing their job or have their (non-existent) work experience questioned.
