Ventajas
Alignable's culture was amazing at the start. A lot of trust from management, flexible working environment, felt like a lot of room for carving out growth. A small but dedicated group of users show all that the platform could be. A fun event every Fall!
Desventajas
The operation cannot execute for one reason or another. Time and time again there was a new plan to grow, or become sustainable that didn't pan out. An organized, tempered and systematic approach from management is lacking. This is a small company, so process is almost non existent. A lot of bias and opinions, even if data obsessed, being validated the hard way. Some people stay forever, many leave but there just isn't a sense that any of the work being done is really moving the needle where it needs to go in many or any significant ways.
