Majority of the good reviews written on glassdoor for this company are fake. They have been written after they acquired a company and started marketing work on it. If you see the trend of reviews, you would realize the rating improved all of a sudden. Company pays 0 attention to its employees Company boasts of acquisition and good business but fires 10% of the staff and don't hike salary, don't pay variable No employee engagement at all No bonding within the team Employees are not trained at all If you are coming from a good background you will realize people working here are not up to the mark and not very capable. Mandatory clocking of 7 hours everyday else salary gets deducted Work from home option was not available before Covid Inequality across levels Projects are allocated randomly without notice 0 infrastructure in Bangalore office, useless lift, chairs are atleast 10 years old- most of them broken, other working conditions including lighting/desk height/painting are painful at best, on top of that ignorance from the admin team (don't know if it exists though) Work that you will be doing here will hardly add any value to your professional growth
