The owners care about the employees, were still a contract security company so we are bound by the terms and rates of our contracts. But we truly care for our employees. All owners have open door policies and regularly have meeting with officers to hear their concerns directly.

Because of our size we do not have very good medical and dental benefits packages. We are hoping that will change soon.

Money is okay, overtime is good. Sometimes u work with good co workers

Higher pay only for armed guard, some sites are contracted so might be a few months could be permanent
