Ventajas

Without a doubt the friendliest and supportive staff. The Help Desk Support team is very team oriented, and are willing to extend a hand when needed. Lenient with booking vacation days.

Desventajas

The company is very top-down approach. Very little room for advancements as a Help Desk Specialist. Limited room for professional growth after a few months. In-house web platform is a mess, making it difficult to navigate and remain efficient in the workplace.
