      Ventajas

      Nothing at all. Maybe that they provided sufficient percentages of oxygen in the air. If they could cut that, they would.

      Desventajas

      This company symbolized everything that is bad about corporate America. Bonus, none. Merit increases, none. 401k match, none. Management's attitude: be grateful you have a job. 50 to 60 hour weeks, nonstop even on weekends. Overtime pay, none. I feel sorry for anyone still working there.
