      Ventajas

      Decent jobs opportunities but only if you don’t give negative feedback to higher management. Great floor staff.

      Desventajas

      Bullying by higher management and higher HR. No positive feedback or recognition. Toxic work environment especially from upper management. No respect or dignity given. Training is not up to date or if you have questions you are “disruptive and disrespectful”. Upper management having no knowledge of what happens on day to day on main floors. Overworked.

      Ventajas

      Overall, it’s a great place to work and a good company to gain experience and grow your career. The people are great as well, both in the office and at the airport. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Great work/life balance.

      Desventajas

      Not many opportunities for advancement.
