      Ventajas

      The only good thing is the MONEY. It is extremely well paid and the good ends up there.

      Desventajas

      The treatment from managers to staff is atrocious: no respect, no dignity and favoritism. The managers above the managers are the same or worst than them. Bullying culture is present at every level and on a daily basis. The place is severely TOXIC.

      Ventajas

      Overall, it’s a great place to work and a good company to gain experience and grow your career. The people are great as well, both in the office and at the airport. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Great work/life balance.

      Not many opportunities for advancement.
