Ventajas
I used to work for a great company until the owners had to sell. The original Artel owners shared their profits with all the employees. Too bad the founders had to sell.
Desventajas
Advanced instruments has killed what culture there used to be in Westbrook, and people in Norwood say they same happened down there too. Why do this? Everything is driven by quarterly profits. If you are higher salary by job or age you are in danger. Pretty much all senior managers have been fired since January. Higher paid employees have been cut. Health risks have been cut. Some younger employees benefit with new positions, but someday they will have the target on their backs. This is not a place I want to work at much longer.
