Ventajas
Engineering wise you can touch a lot of different systems whether it be FPGA, DC, RF, or C++ software
Peers are very nice and fun to work with
Desventajas
Management can be rude and blunt which has it's time and place but here, it is more often than not.
You can easily get siloed into doing very tedious tasks and sometimes it feels like you are working more on presentations than engineering so upper management doesn't berate you in front of everyone during a meeting.
Lots of my peers occasionally work weekends, long extra hours, and go above and beyond for little recognition. Hard work is easily unnoticed here and under appreciated
