not the best culture- lots of young adults (high-school age) so they treat olders with less respect.

you will get a parking spot

Desventajas

-pay is very low -nasty supervisors -if you work as a recruiter, they expect you to make phone calls all day long -you are not allowed to talk to your co-workers even for few seconds -very strict work atmosphere -you have to ask your supervisor if you want to go use the bathroom -you will have acute pain in your ear after making phone calls -you do not use a PC, they will give you a sheet and pencil to write and fill out the respondent's info -no raise or promotions, you will be stucked in the call center for 5 years - you use a pass code and fingers print to check in and out - even for lunch and 10min break
