Ventajas
There are a lot of perks, free events (almost always with an open bar and/or free food, free parties, meet skateboarding gods, and there's a skatepark in the warehouse. Staffed by some of the greatest people you'll meet.
Desventajas
Underpaid. Every week leading up to payday, most employees are out of cash. Expect to be paid below the industry standard. Which is unfortunate, being that the employee skill level is above the industry standard.
