Ventajas
International and diverse environment. Great, hard working colleagues. Interesting business and you can learn a lot if you put in the effort (i.e. no one will guide you).
Desventajas
Everyone is two steps behind. Do more with less is literally a mantra. HR expects you to figure things out for yourself. Top roles aren't clearly defined with nosy managers trying to influence outcomes that are not their responsibility. All of senior management could use a business leadership 101 refresher course.
