- Despite being positioned as a marketing company, the work is largely execution-based with very little strategy or creative input involved. - Limited opportunity to grow in true marketing, brand-building, campaign strategy and etc. - Burnout is common due to unclear expectations and constant last minute work. - Staff are often expected to take ownership of resources (e.g. hardware or equipment) under their own name and they will try to make you pay if items go missing. - Expected to make travel bookings on their personal cards - reimbursements can be slow and the company tends to penny-pinch wherever possible. - lack of transparency from leadership around workloads and project scope.
