Ventajas
1. Higher than average pay among HK engineering companies for fresh graduates; 2. Even though differs from team to team, overall working pressure is relatively acceptable ; 3. Culture here is like everyone's glad and ready to offer help at any time; 4. Management, seems to me, would like to put trust on their subordinates. Which is to say, if your performance is above average, easy if you want, working style here is very flexible; 5. Internal position shift is acceptable, maintained with original treatment.
Desventajas
1. No great career opportunity, you can clearly see what would be end up with in following, say 3yrs, 5yrs, if stick in here; 2. OT compensation is really small, especially compared to American or European companies; 3. Working content is relatively dull, and technology here is outdated, at least for s/w; 4. All in all, it's a very developed company, and will still keep its big figure as semi equipment provider possibly for a long time; hence, a good place both for entry level graduates and old men who're busy with their retirement plan.
