      Ventajas

      I was a manager for Asea. The company as a whole was good and has great potential

      Desventajas

      The production facility and the leaders there only cared about themselves and there own advancements. They would make employees go to their homes and clean and have maintenance go fix things at their homes using company time and company credit cards. The production facility leadership also would not inform employees of anything they did wrong and would just fire them with no feedback. I started looking for other jobs and somehow they found out and fired me before I could put my two weeks in. They never keep promises they make. And they made a lot of promises

      Ventajas

      ASEA cuenta con algunas de las mejores personas que he visto en todas las empresas a lo largo de mi carrera, en varios niveles. El equipo directivo es muy amable y se esfuerza al máximo. Se preocupan por los empleados y organizan dos divertidas fiestas de empresa al año con un generoso obsequio. ASEA también otorga aumentos salariales por mérito cada año sin excepción, dinero para vacaciones y, cuando la empresa alcanza sus objetivos, paga una bonificación.

      Desventajas

      La empresa parece estar retrasada en el flujo de procesos, cómo se toman las decisiones, quién las toma y cuáles son las prioridades de cada departamento. La comunicación a nivel de toda la empresa podría ser más oportuna.
