Ventajas
Open office mindset environment, somebody is always open to help (company culture but also due to the type of people working there) also there is no fixed time to come to work. Working with big OEMs, sometimes a positive or a negative.
Desventajas
Top Management hides their possible incompetence through tight deadlines and noncompetitive wages and expects everyone to take up the slack or leave. No employee retention scheme whatsoever, you can leave and your former colleagues are expected to take up the slack. Many times experienced colleagues are leaving and taking a big part of the groups knowledge with them. Work satisfaction varies greatly and is highly dependent on the person delegating work or customer, either you are treated as an equal or with no consideration to the numbers of hours worked and well being. Sometimes very long hours, and rarely, working weekends due to tight deadlines.
