      Ventajas

      None as such since it follows startup model with earning more money and providing no benefits to employees.

      Desventajas

      1. More work with less pay and overtime during product release. 2. Appraisal takes Oct end instead of April . 3. No perks for overtime or over-night work . Just food reimbursement with max limit approx 200. 4. You get calls from TL or teammates during weekdays and saturdays after office which is the most annoying part. If you have no job and money for survival you can join else work on your skills and be some where else where you deserve better pay, work life balance and benefits.

      Ventajas

      Company had a good track on PAM use cases and architecture, lost focus quickly trying to build a dozen products with no resources and no respect for customer feedback.

      Desventajas

      The CEOs ego gets in the way often and field experience is way under valued. The weakest minds with the loudest gossip run the company. Anyone with deep market experience is disrespected. HR ignores well documented issues.
