Non existent work life balance, offices that look like an abandoned office building with dirty carpets, old toilets , and legacy work systems . Also, as a Maersk subsidiary APM Terminals Lis Angeles fails miserably at Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Upper Management are a great majority white males, lower positions are people of color but primarily males. If you’re a women this place is only friendly towards females who look a certain way—lots of insecure, domineering male egos who detest assertive and intelligent women.
