Ventajas

People are the only good thing about this place

Desventajas

If your face fits you seem to be fast tracked, if it doesnt you will be lumbered with menial tasks and eventually driven out of the company through bullying or victimisation. Moronic supervisors, HR are 100% not interested in your issues and you are told you are replaceable if you complain. Morale in the whole business is on the floor and many good people are jumping ship or have already left. Issues with racism and bullying are brushed under the carpet and not dealt with by management. Unapproachable higher management. Horrible place to work

AP Racing operates a zero tolerance policy to any forms of prejudice or mistreatment of staff. We have robust policies in place which we use effectively to support all of our employees. Whilst we appreciate that outcomes do not always please all parties, they are however fair, complaint, and, in line with ACAS code of conduct.
