Ventajas

The people, probably the one reason that most of us choose to stay. Healthy sales figures and salaries can be decent dependant on department.

Desventajas

Horrendous HR department, have zero consideration for staffs personal circumstances. We do have a life outside of AP Racing! Poor management and senior staff who contribute little to the business.

AP Racing operates a zero tolerance policy to any forms of prejudice or mistreatment of staff. We have robust policies in place which we use effectively to support all of our employees. Whilst we appreciate that outcomes do not always please all parties, they are however fair, complaint, and, in line with ACAS code of conduct. This is illustrated by our staff retention rate which is far in excess of the industry average.
