Beware: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Digital Marketing Manager / Amazon account manager en AO2

I kickstarted my ecommerce career with AO2 when we were a super small and hungry startup. We've tried to keep that hunger and thirst for innovation and knowledge going even as we've greatly expanded our team and capabilities. My favorite part about working here is the constant improvement and fast paced team we have, as well as the people who are always willing to take time out of their day to help each other out. It's great to see leadership, communication and collaboration at so many levels between so many departments.

In the changing world of ecommerce, especially amazon, it sometimes can feel like change is constant both internally and externally. My greatest advice is to embrace the change and adopt a student mentality. I've never been the best account manager or ppc manager, but by listening to those I know are better than me and staying on top of trends/in the news for everything ecommerce I was able to expand and hone in my skillset a lot faster than I thought when I first got started.

No one is above helping. I noticed within my first couple of weeks that I have access to as much help as possible if I just ask. That Failing here is not the end of the world so long as I can bounce back and not make the same mistake. Leadership really excels in showing you how it is done. Great at communication

The cons are that we move fast, so if you are stuck in your tortoise setting then AO2 is not a place for you. AO2 is also a start-up, so it comes with growing pains, and sometimes, some people have to wear multiple hats.
